I adorably do not ever leave a bad Google review for anyone’s business, but I have no choice but to today I have been trying to book a birthday party for the last three weeks with this particular business. Now I understand that every business have guides but calling different times of the day to speak to someone Directly every time I get a different answer they normally take down my name and number was going to call me back and never did then they told me Just today over the phone that I would’ve had to call seven days before Before to book a party and I have called over 10 times to be exact please do not try to book a party with this particular company. They are not communicating with each other at all.
We’ve used the party room several times now. Absolutely great service and good food. Bartenders are great, wood fired pizza was wonderful. The venue is well taken care of. If you want a wonderful place for a smaller style business this is the place!
Great vip room. Good place to host parties it seems like. We have been to multiple parties at the vip room here over the years and it’s very enjoyable every time.
It was a blast. I hadn't been in years, and it was great to go. And since it was my grandkids' first time, made it all the better

Called today to set up my kids birthday party for next weekend because when I attempted to 3 weeks ago they told me to call back a week in advance. The guy I talked to today laughed and said they have no availability next weekend at the time I wanted. Now we’re stuck without a place for their birthday. Either the guy today was lying or the one three weeks ago just didn’t want to do the work and set us up. Very disappointed in this place.

I called to schedule a company outing a week in advance. They told me I didn’t need to make a reservation there would be lanes available. Seven of us arrived at 3pm and were told there was nothing available and there was nothing they could do. They said there was a holiday party and high school bowling. Seems like they would know that a week prior. Our company was told to go to the other bowling alley 20 minutes away. It was extremely embarrassing to tell my employees they had to drive 20 minutes away for our company outing. Also, it was inconvenient. Most importantly, the person behind the desk was rude and indignant.
